Cosplay Cache, now accepting commissions for NDK 2009!

Heyo again!  I'm a local cosplay commissioner that is also on cosplay staff at NDK.  Cosplay is my full-time job, has been for three years now, as well as part-time for five years before that.  I'm taking costume orders for this year's NDK (or other conventions) now! :3  Please either post inquiries here or send them in a PM, either way.

Picture references (I tried to pick out the ones that have been seen at NDK, but I liked a couple of them too much not to include, so I had to post them, even though they were for people from other conventions):

Pretty good!  I still owe you a mask, I just found the pieces of it that I remade around February, a couple weeks ago.  Of course, I promptly lost them again in a sewing room cleaning frenzy, but they WILL BE FOUND AGAIN!

...why is it every time I clean, things get messier?

It's great to hear from you guys on this! :3  I like making costumes for people I know.  Katie, I already responded to your PM; Lunara, just drop me a note if/when you're ready to talk.  I don't consider inquiries binding in any way, not until money is sent, so feel free to ask about any costumes you want to know price and such on without any obligations.

What happen to your gaia thread? I was bummed when i saw it not there anymore.

They deleted it...apparently, despite the fact that that thread has been up without incident for 3yrs, I was breaking the rules.  I kind of wondered if I was, since they say that you're not allowed to sell things for real money there, but since I was careful not to discuss actual business in the threads, just emails and PMs, and since it had been a while without any comments...but yeah.  An age is past. *sigh*  But I'm getting an actual website up now, so that's a blessing in disguise!

Cosplay! ;p  First of all, the first link seems to be broken...I can get a decent idea of the costume (I love how detailed it is, I can definitely tell what fabrics they are!).  The picture from the back seems to be a different outfit than the other picture, since the detailed one is sleeveless and the back one has short sleeves; which did you want?

By the way, we can take this to PM or email if you'd like.  I generally do the details and all on a one-on-one basis. ^^

>.< i 'm sorry about the broken link, i checked them just to make sure, but i guess it expired. her costume is really weird since it has like a half sleeve on the left arm. and i tried showing the back of the cape because it only goes halfway across the neck line. and for some reason i have seen people get it wrong.
 i'm stoked you are getting your own site. d^_^b

My goodness it took me weeks for me to realize what "topics blocked:1" meant x___X
I figured the mods of Gaia must've done something or maybe the thread was hidden so I tried searchin' for it but no avail...And I searched in Google and found this ^^;

Btw I don't know if you remember but I was the one who asked about the huge white duck/penguin mascot cosplay~^^;;

It's a pity your thread got deleted but it was kinda expected >.<;;

Anyways I still remembered our PMs and I was hoping if I could e-mail you later about the mascot cosplay since I'm starting to prep for my next con and I want to get into further detail with the cosplay...

Hey!  Yes, I remember you! :3  The penguin with the scary eyes in the mouth. >.>  Hehe, yeah, Gaia finally got wise to me after 3yrs...I have a DevArt page where a lot of the old lurkers hang out with me, cosplaycache.deviantart.com.  It's against NDK's forum rules to put personal email addresses and other contact info just out in the forum, so I'll PM you my email. ^^  We can talk!

The sooner the better.  And it's not that far in advance...I was contacted about a cosplay that'll be at NDK this year back in January, and it was very much appreciated to have that much warning! :D

...once I got a "can I ask about a costume for Anime Expo in 2011?".  It didn't go through, but I was amused that they were planning THAT far ahead! XD
