Concerning pre reg confirmation and stuff.

This is gonna be my 1st NDK that i'm pre regging and I was wondering. When does the confirmation emails come in and can I pick up my badge the day before the con begins? just to beat the lines.

If you pre-registered by mail it will be closer to September when you get your confirmation E-mail.

If you registered by paypal it should already be in your inbox. Did you check your Spam box?

Getting your badge on Friday will take you no longer than 5 minutes, so don't worry about getting it on Thursday. Everyone will still be setting up for the weekend and it'd be too much hassle to have the pre-reg desk open.

If you mailed in your registration it will be processed and e-mails will go out later after they have been imported into the online-registration system. When will this happen?

They should start going out by the end of July - Sept. We'll see how it goes.

Also if you have used the online registration system and haven't received your e-mail there are two very important things to consider. First as Lunara stated check your spam folder. Second make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct and also PLEASE and I can't stress this enough use an e-mail address that actually works. I have about 12 bounced e-mails which generates more work for me.

This will also be my first NDK too. I would like to request a copy of my confirmation letter as i have some how misplaced it. I will provide proof via PAY PAL receipt if necessary. Also I would like to know what are the procedure following the confirmation letter. Do i just bring it on the event day? or do I wait for another letter enatiling so?

You will not need a confirmation letter to pick up your badge(s). To pick them up, you simply need to know the name(s) on the badge(s) you registered and to bring a photo ID. If you still need the e-mail sent, please send a PM to theshadow and be sure to tell him what e-mail address you gave on the pre-registration form (he cannot help you without it!).

Just don't forget the name you used to register. Also, if you filled in the Badge Name field make sure you remember what you put there, this is what will show up on your badge and what will be listed as the primary name in the registry for the registration desk.

Badges have alread been sent to the printers. If you want to confirm your registration please send an e-mail to onlineregistration@ndkdenver.org with the name and e-mail you used to register.
