Online Registration Issues
« on: March 03, 2009, 11:10:13 am »
If you have any issues, questions, or concerns about the online registration system please make sure to send them to:

onlineregistration@ndkdenver.org

It is important to note that someone will respond faster to inquiries submitted to this address than those pasted to the forum.

Thanks!

I sent an email to that address early last week. Haven't heard back yet. (The form claims my valid details (state, post code, phone number, date of birth) are not valid. I live in Australia...)

Is there any way to refund my tickets?

Something came up and I can't make it...

And $60 is a lot to spend for nothing. :(

I don't think refunds are do-able... I know that transference of passes is much easier.

If you get that answer, I may be able to take those tickets off your hands. I have a couple of buddies who planned late.

Keep me in the loop, ok?

Refunds are doable, but only for online registrations. For paper registrations, we can only transfer. I believe BakuDan has sent Reddish a PM about this.

Well, that's between you and Reddish. Unless a refund has already been processed, it should be possible to transfer the passes.

Go-go-gadget miscommunication!

Sorry, Reddish, for the delay. I blame myself, but not as much as I blame BakuDan. :P

I'd be willing to do a transfer, I suppose. I only have one ticket, but I also bought a T-shirt.

I have a question about registration.  I am planning on having my boyfriend register both him and myself for NDK.  Is it possible that he picks up both of the badges (meaning I do not need to be present in order to receive mine)?  I won't be able to attend until later at night and I'm not even sure if you guys would be doing the registering process by the time I get there.  I really want to see the Chris Patton panel that night, so I'm obviously hoping to get the badge before then :)  Thanks

Yes, your boyfriend can pick up both of your badges. He'll just need to give both of your badge names to the registration desk.

I was wondering if there are confirmation emails for online pre-reg. I registered yesterday and I haven't received confirmation yet, though I do have a PayPal receipt for the transaction. Is that enough or should I have received another email from y'all?

Yes, the system should be sending you a confirmation e-mail when your order is complete. If you haven't received one PM or E-Mail (onlineregistration@ndkdenver.org) me your personal information (email address, first, last name, phone etc...) and I'll go look it up to verify everything is ok.

First, do not post in all caps please. Its rude and is clearly defined in the Rules and Guidelines.

Secondly, yes you need a valid photo ID.

Third send an email to onlineregistration@ndkdenver.org to make sure that we have it in the wrong name.

Hopefully e-mailing this problem I'm having will have it fixed in time for me to pre-reg by the end of today.
