I can't seem to find the registration form for snail mail for those that can't use the new automatic pre-registration.

Do we have that floating around anymore?
Or have we gone totally into online pre-reg?

Both options should still be available. I am in the process of figuring out where the old .pdf reg form is on the servers, I know it's out there. I'll post again here when I figure out what the heck we did with it.

Technically, the mail-in form is only available in the back of the program PDF: http://ndkdenver.org/files/2008-guides/NDK2008%20Booklet.pdf

I will see if i can extract this later this evening though.
