Hi! I recognize a couple artists already<3 can't wait to see you again!

Anyways, Besides prints I offer ABJD jewelry and scarves, and this year I plan to have copies of my comic http://www.devilscake.thewebcomic.com for sale as well as bookmarks, and key charms for that series<3

I really like your art style *stares at the pretties* so 4 years aye? Whats your personal oppinon on the growth of NDK's AA? Do you enjoy the layout in which they set up AA? I just like to hear from past sellers and what they have to share about their experiences...(will be first time there in AA.)

Well, I loved all my past spots save for facing a wall last year(only cuz I couldn't watch the peoples in the main flow like I i like to! T^T), but as far as sales, that was nothing some backwards displays couldn't fix, and I did just as well as any year<3 so table placement makes no difference as long as you have eye-level and eye-catching displays<3
And It's awesome to have a place to camp out during the con, where people can always come and find you. And my favorite part is always seeing all my peeps, yo, I feed them free candy just for coming by and chatting<3
BUT if you are going to need to say...go to the bathroom or get food, yer gunna want back up at the table. so be sure to have someone reliable to cover you if you wanna go to a panel or something.
Otherwise, It's a blast! and you can always inquire with your fellow AAA's if you need any help<3

Hey everyone!
Wow I feel way behind. ^_^;;; I definitely recognize a bunch of you guys here. Yay!
I'll be back again and I'm so looking forward to this as always. I have way too much fun there. Hope to say HI to everyone more though. I think I end up in a con haze for the entire time I'm there.

I sell prints of original art and fanart. I also have bookmarks as well. Those are my staples. Is there anything else that people would like to see from me? I'm curious.

I'm excited to meet some of the new artist alley peeps this year and I really hope to chat more with all of you who've been there through the years with me. *cheers*

So I wonder, how many of you on here live by your artwork? or by chance do you have a job that inst related to your art work at all? If thats the case how do you balance both when it comes to working your job and making artwork to sell at such functions like ndk? I'm going to meet all my own stock quotas for ndk, but its stressing me the heck out. Anyone else stressed out from trying to balance the two?

I'd like to live by my art, it's my ultimate goal. Right now my work and my art are kindof connected; I work at a local Hobby Lobby. I buy a lot of my supplies there, and work there mostly for the employee discount ^^;
I have Sundays off so I work on my art every Sunday.

Honestly though I'm getting tired of working retail ^^; I'd love to work somewhere like the Fine Art Center, or a gallery in Manitou Springs or somethin.

And my job doesn't get in the way of art, I get in my own way by procrastinating ^^;

I could never live by my art since its craft related and is directed towards a small audience. Though that would be awesome..unless it would just be as stressful now. I'm not sure. I tried getting a second job at a craft store or one of the few that cary my supplies for just that very reason. sadly non of them like the hours i can work. I'm currently a dental assistant and when I;m not at work, I'm working at home. Sometimes I wished i specialized in something that wasn't so creation involved. Something that involved a mold/cast...or the actual capability to produce real art on paper and then sell prints.

i understand the procrastination bit...oddly enough thats what motivates me....when im at my last few days of availability to work on my projects and finish them. @_@. thanks for the reply

So guys it is official that Genki No Cosplay will have their first Artist Alley Table this year called GnC Art and Dance! Or table will be orignal artwork and accessories and wear that you can wear to the rave! To check us out, here is our website, www.genkinocosplay.com, just go to the GnC Art and Dance tab.

Well I suppose I could introduce myself a little. Hi there! This'll be my first year in the AA and I'm such a newbie, I almost have no idea what I'm doing. D: But I'll be there under my name RinAvenue. I forget if there's a space or not...heh. If I can get everything together I should have prints, bookmarks and keychains. Yay!

I've hung out around the AA the last 2 years so I kind of have a base idea on what it's like behind the table XD! Hopefully all goes well, though. For me, and for everyone, too! <3

I tried to live off my artwork when I got out of the military and was unemployed while waiting for another job to process. It lasted about 9 months before I got called out to the new job, but I can honestly say that I NEVER hope to be forced to try that again. When my art became my job, it took all of the enjoyment out of it and drove me bonkers.

I'm an air traffic controller as a profession...but I'm one of those who was hosed by the new pay scale that sucks...so in a way, I look forward to the conventions as a way to make some much-needed spending money. I usually balance out the real job and conventions by working several months ahead preparing. It gets a bit tedious, but I know it's ultimately more productive than playing video games. X-D Thankfully, my job is quite nice with giving me time off for the conventions (I hit Anime Expo and NDK for now) because they know they are very important to me. ^_^ (I also am one of the first people to ask for the days off the year before).

As for the AA itself, this will be my second year attending. My wares will be similar to what they were last year: resin charms, hairclips and prints. I might offer some commissions, but they will likely be of the quick ballpoint variety. (if you are interested, the most recent stuff is in my Deviant Art linked in my sig)

I used to do a webcomic, but a year or so ago I was hit with a sudden case of blahs and I put the comic on hiatus. I really need to do something with it tho...at the very least to let readers know I'm alive.

Hi all! I'm coming into this thread late but I'm really excited about NDK this year. I'm of Saurian Studios, coming back for my second year in AA with my sewing machine and a boatload of fur. I'll be offering made-to-order tails and ears (canine tails added this year!), fleece koi hats, and a few giant plushie companion cubes from Portal if I can get them made!

A few other crafty things will get thrown into the mix as I get inspired.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Hello! For the ones who dont remember me, Its-a me! MA--ok no. Im Jaimonster! I was with Gigi at Wasabi as the stupid looking guy with the blue face [Captain K'nuckles!]. We are back this year with plenty of our stuff that you know and love and some... Surprises!

This year, I will be offering Buttons... Gigi will have Cellphone charms... But we both will have STICKERS! Yes! STICKERS! You STICK' em and then STICK' er them on something. They STICK around!

We will be also the dorks dressed up as Pokemon Characters... Paul and Tracey! No big elaborate costume this year, we kinda burned our savings with some problems here and there... But, hey! The attitude and happy smiles are always free!

Remember those? We will have more and BETTER ONES!!

So happy to be back, even if during NDK we will be moving to a new AND better apartment, we will be there for all of you to hang out and be AWESOME. Oh yeah, Its gonna be AWESOME!
