Registration error

I sent an email about this through the contact form several days ago but never got a response, so I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I pre-registered through the website on the 9th, but after it completed the PayPal payment I ended up at the "invalid security certificate" error, so I'm not sure if it went through or not. The payment has definitely gone through on PayPal's end, though. Is there someone I can contact directly to find out if the registration actually succeeded?
