Ok there are alot of anime villains out there or just plan creppy characters. So i am wondering who do you think is the creepiest villain from any show. Mine would be Muraki from Yami no matusei.

Honestly, I can't think of any villains I'd describe as creepy, but that may be due in part to me skewed idea of creepy... I can say one of the odder ones would have to be Noein from Noein.

I can't think of a creepy villan off the top of my head but Gai from Naruto creeps me out. Does that count?

How about Pierrot from Cowboy Bebop? (Ep. Pierrot le Fou)

Also Lord Darcia's wolf form creeped me out a bit too...but it was a cool kind of creepy.

Dr. Kazutaka Muraki hands down.

He's your average hot, gay, magical, psychopathic doctor and silver haired super villain. The scariest part, is that I'd still do anything for this guy. XDDD Although his mechanical right eye still scares me. D;

Actually, I would think that villain wise, Jei Farfarello from Weiss Kreuz: The Knight Hunters is pretty crazy.

He has multiple personality issues, when he's on his meds, he's Jei a religious guy who still hates well...you'd have to see for yourself. He's a knife wielding maniac. When he's crazy, he's been known to call himself a demon from "Dante's Inferno", Farfarello. I wouldn't want to run into this guy in a back alley.

Alot of One Piece villains tend to really creep me out, but i think i'd have to say that i have some real issues with Yukel Hakushon from Nerima Daikon Brothers.
Yeah. Yukel wins the creepy award from my point of view. (sorry if anybody likes him.... doubt it though.)

Actually, I haven't thought about this entirely through before, but Rena from Higurashi: When they Cry is pretty creepy as a villain, you don't know if she is lovable or completely insane. I mean she has the big scary knife in one of the episodes and comes right up behind Keichi.
