Now that the con is over I'll post up the new meeting thread, we are going back to twice a month meetings so that we can try and get more people to attend.
If you attend the meetings or wish to please tell me what city your in so I can plan the meetings better. We will also be altering the meetings between Saturday and Sunday so more people can attend.
Also a note about the meetings, I know people run late *myself included* or they show up early and rarely on time. ^_^ From now on if anyone finds themselves waiting for more than an hour from the time the meeting is supposed to start it can be said that the meeting is not going to happen. If you have cell numbers of any of the people that where supposed to attend, call them to find out what’s going on, if you need someone’s number ask through pm and not on the forum please.
A note about this thread, just to make things clear I usually ask for a head count the evening after the current meeting for the next meeting, for large meeting I will sometimes ask up to two weeks in advance. You can either confirm here or pm me and I will add you to the list for that meeting, if I ask any further in advance meetings tend to get overlooked and the thread will get off topic. If you have a separate event your planning and wish to have it added to the page just ask and I will add it. If you have an idea for a future event that would fit in here feel free to post your idea, just keep in mind that the weekend events alternate between Saturday and Sunday as well as location so that everyone has a better chance of making a meeting.

For mall meetings we usually meet in the food court. Mill = Panda Express, Flatirons = near outside doors, SW Plaza = Subway, Aurora mall = near outside doors.
If you'd like to cosplay you're welcome to but it’s not required. I also suggest that if you have weapons that go with your costume you leave them at home. I wouldn't want anyone to get in trouble with the people at the mall for indecent exposure or for prop weapons. Normal people can only take so much we don't want to get banned from the malls and other meeting sites for giving them a scare.
