Ideas to make NDK more successful!

The programming schedule will go up once all panels are finalized.   I will post descriptions of some of the panels that are going on, but times won't be released until everything is settled as there are always last minute changes to accommodate emergencies.

I have seen where other conventions' Program Guides were made available in PDF form just before the convention, like 1 or 2 days before. They usually have the schedule separate, but the other useful information is available.

I actually made a program in PDF for AW. Talking about NDK now.....

This would save on some paper considering some people would just print it and bring it.

i know people that have the equipment to do that. of course, they're already doing stuffs like running gameshows...

but, i rather like that idea. i dunno how feasible it would be this year, but it could be something for next year. prolly would want a boom mic at that point, though... *nudge*wink*cough*murdock*

I actually made a program in PDF for AW. Talking about NDK now.....

Last year we made available both the programming schedule and the anime room schedule available as PDFs about a week before the con. I don't see why we won't be doing something similar this year...

Yuki (being the sweetheart she is) is putting together the photoshoot posters to be put up around the convention. She did this last year too. We'll see if we can't get one posted at Opps as well, don't count on that but we'll try!

a suggestion for next year if we have online registration available: can you let us know the pre-reg numbers, and a guesstimate number for attendees? it's really helpful to us dealers, at least, to know that information so we can order stock accordingly, get a good amount of change, number of bags to bring, that sort of thing.

plus, i think other con-goers might be interested in knowing that, so they can also plan accordingly.

we're going to anime fest dallas this weekend, and they posted their numbers in their forums this week, which is why i bring it up.

Oooh, awesome news about the photoshoots.  xD  The cosplay.com threads are kinda dead so I jumped on here to see what's going on with that.

We're trying to keep up. ^.^ If you've got a J-rock shoot that's going on, let us know in the photoshoot thread (As far as I know theres not one listed there yet) and we'll get it on whatever we end up making for the convention!

I was trying to see if anybody else had any suggestions, but nobody's responded to teh thread I made on cosplay.com.  XD  So it'll probably be for Friday sometimes, unless someone else says otherwise.
