Proposed October meetups:
First off, I'd like to be able to do these at night, but if people can't make them I understand. Alot of us have work or school or both, and alot of us are underage.
Anyway, I've been talking to yuki on occasion about touring some haunted locations in the Denver Metro area as meetups in October.
Before anything becomes set in stone, I want to know:
-Who's interested
-Where you are
-When you're available (Date and time, like I say, I'd like to do this at night if at all possible)
-If you know somewhere that might be good. Please stay away from things like "I get a creepy feeling here." I'll do some research on the place, and if it seems like it could be good I'll let you know. Also, I'd really like to stay away from cemetaries, as good a place they'd make. So many people visiting is something I think would be disrespectful to the graves and the dead. Same goes for places of business, I think it would be rude and disrespectful to shack up there for a few hours. I'd also like to keep it in the Denver area if possible but if people want it and don't mind driving, I know of a few places out of town.
What I may do for some of the meetups is, asssuming there are people interested in being there at night, have it start as a day meetup, then after the daylighters are gone, stay till dark with those interested in the night portion.
These are possibles, after I check them out to see if A) We're allowed to be there, and B) If it's even possible to have a meetup there, I'll post directions. As I stated above, help me fill in the blanks.
