Totally awesome.  Ed is one of my favorite characters of all time & that series had such a great balance in so many ways-
The characters all balanced each other out (some way too serious, some completely not serious enough, etc)
The series made a perfect blend of overarching plot focused episodes with self contained amusing episodes.
It really was one of the best series I've ever seen ^_^

I'm right there with you, and don't forget the amazing music.

Last weekend we watched Macross Plus, and I forgot he did the music there as well.

Yes the music is absolutely amazing. I love it. It may be jazz, but it's still pretty good for an anime.

Mushroom Samba cracked me up. :D

Jet: [Talking to his bonsai trees] "So that's it? The secret to the universe is so simple! By the way, just who am I anyway?"  Borrowed from Wikiquote, because It's been a while..

One of my favorite lines in the ENTIRE series.
Just because it's popular, doesn't mean it's good.

Cowboy Bebop rocks!!!  I have to say that Ed & Ein are the perfect duo.  Come one, you have a smart kid that is out of it most of the time and a smart dog to keep the kid on track. :D
There have been a lot of talk of anime becoming live action movies. . . if there is an anime that is deserving of the spotlight of live action, it's Cowboy Bebop. 8)

I think that Cowboy Bebop is the perfect gateway anime for those who have yet to venture into it.

Cowboy Bebop is without a doubt one of my all time favorite animes. It's hard for me to find a show in which I actually like every single episode/character, but I can fully say I enjoy every aspect of that show. ( The movie was great too! x3 )

Its funny how that show is just a huge filler series though. Its pretty much a day in the life of a Bounty Hunter in which hilarity insues at every turn with a story that is just slightly there. The most popular Filler series ever  8)
