Meet the Artists: Craft
Please note: the introductions below were written by the artists themselves and have not been edited.
- Alice & the 3 Dark Kings
- Cheerfully nostalgic on a scale of epochs. Painstaking in presenting the beauty and precision of clockwork and the echoes of times gone by.
- Bliger-Studio
- Bliger Studios is a budding new group dedicated to supporting and enjoying anime. We enjoying exploring many different art styles whether anime oriented or not.
- Boshi-Basiik
- Boshi-Basiik is a labor of love between myself and my brother. For the last 8 years we have been striving to bring high quality, original products to the convention circuit and gaining new fans of our work!
- Chibi Works
- Dana Wilson spends most of her free time creating new things and doing art trades. She is currently perusing an Associates of Arts at Front Range while selling her goods. Samuel Wilson takes care of the website and upcoming designs for charms and prints, while perusing a BFA in Graphic Design at CU Denver. Chibi Works started out as a small booth at a local anime convention, and after a successful turnout, we decided to start selling our goods at multiple conventions in Colorado, USA. We then realized that conventions were not the only place we could sell our goods, so we made our website. Thus, we have joined together to make Chibi Works our part-time job in bringing Japanese inspired cuteness into the world.
- Dementions by elyachan
- elyachan is a fangirl of many, many amazing bands and several fantastic anime and manga series. She firmly believes that we never have to grow out of playing dress-up, and that no one should ever feel like they can't join in the fun and be cute and/or pretty! To this end, she and her co-conspirator create fluffy, frilly and fancy things for you to wear on your head (and other places). Try something on... you know you want to!
- Demmon Dragons
- Demmon Dragons is back again! With more new exciting patterns. These dragons are the perfect companion for convention attendee. With so many dragon species and colors to choose from, everyone is able to find a dragon that is as unique as they are.
- Ghost Cat Designs
- I enjoy creating jewelry, using a blend of modern, and vintage, items. My handmade, unique, art jewelry can be worn at con or in everyday life. Every year I try and bring something new to the convention. Recently I have been experimenting with Steam punk styles, which is becoming increasingly popular.
- Loonee Kitsunee
- Proud mother of two young children that drinks too much coffee and has extra energy to sew things.
- Pokemonz Store
- I am a video game loving nut and loooove making hats related to them. Mainly Pokemon.
- Quirky Qrafts
- Hello! My name is Lydia Arndt and I am the owner of Quirky Qrafts. I just started my own business making roses, wallets and hair clips all out of duct tape. I'm also planning other really unique crafts such as beer bottle cap coasters, club purses, cute animals made out of recycled materials and more!
- Sarah'n'dippity
- I am sixteen years old and a junior at my high school. I'm a workaholic, love anime and hope to go to BYU in two years. I love art, music, eating, reading, writing. I don't have a favorite color because I love them all.
- Saurian Studios
- I've always loved being crafty! I work with all kinds of materials to create unique pieces inspired by others and my own imagination. By day I'm a mild-mannered paleontologist, but by night I almost always have a sewing needle or sketchbook in hand!
- SStarlit Creations
- Starlit Creations is the brainchild of Patti & Stephanie, two cosplayers who have a love of creating things of a crafty and shiny variety. Starting our own business has been our dream for several years now. While sewing is our forté, we love to create all sorts of handicrafts, from costumes to jewelry, from pillows to props. If you can dream it, we can try to make it!
- Strawberry Mad Accessories
- I love Lolita fashion and it has inspired me to start creating accessories for myself and other Lolita's out there. Long story short: I love to make stuff. It's fun and it makes me happy. Please Enjoy!
